Ten steps,
and no surprises.

Our process is deliberately unglamorous. It exists so you always know what’s happening, what it costs, and what comes next.

01/ 10

Initial consultation

Step 01

Initial consultation

We start with a conversation — at your place or ours. What you want, what you don’t, how the space is used today, and what the budget realistically allows. No drawings yet, just listening.

Step 02

Conceptualisation

We translate the brief into direction: visual references, sketches and a mood board. This is where the character of the space gets decided — material temperature, light, and how rooms should feel at different times of day.

Step 03

Design proposal

A full proposal: concepts, materials, colour palettes and a preliminary budget. It’s a starting point for the conversation, not a take-it-or-leave-it document.

Step 04

Refinement

Your feedback goes straight back into the drawings. We revise, swap finishes, re-plan a room if needed. Most projects go through two or three rounds here — that’s normal and it’s where the design gets sharp.

Step 05

Detailed planning

Layouts locked, materials selected, working drawings issued, and a project timeline you can hold us to. Electrical points, plumbing shifts, joinery sections — all of it on paper before anyone lifts a hammer.

Step 06

Execution

Our team runs the site: contractors, carpenters, vendors and suppliers all coordinated against the drawings. You get progress updates rather than surprises.

Step 07

Quality checks

Staged inspections through the build. We check finish quality, alignment and workmanship against the drawings — and get things redone when they don’t match.

Step 08

The reveal

Snagging closed, styling in place, and the space handed over finished. This is the day the whole thing is for.

Step 09

After handover

We stay reachable. Questions about maintenance, a drawer that needs adjusting, a vendor contact — the project doesn’t end at the invoice.

Step 10

Staying in touch

Most of our work comes from clients who came back or sent a friend. We’d like yours to be one of those.

The four we’re
asked every time.

Anything else, just ask — we answer WhatsApp faster than email.

For a 2–3 BHK turnkey project, plan on 12–16 weeks on site once drawings are approved. Design and approvals usually take 3–5 weeks before that.

Yes. We agree a range at the proposal stage and specify materials to hit it. If something pushes the number, you hear about it before it’s ordered, not after.

We do. Some clients take our drawings and run their own contractor. We’ll still review site photos and answer questions through the build.

We do, selectively. Anything within a few hours of Mumbai works comfortably; further afield depends on scope and site visits.

Your space is already
telling a story.

Tell us how you live, and we’ll show you what it could become — starting with a free 30-minute consultation, on site or over a call.
